Sycamore Brooklyn is thrilled to announce it’s first DJ competition — Dog Days of Summer DJ SpinOff—
on August 27th (Tues), 28th (Wed) & 29th (Thurs) @ 9pm-1am. 12 DJ competitors. 3 Nights. 1 Top Dawg! … And only Vinyl!!

TO ENTER Dog Days of Summer DJ SpinOff:
Must be 21+. Email your name, phone number and 5 min vinyl mix sample to LaTreyEvans@gmail.com by Mon. AUGUST 12th (and no later) to be considered for the 12 spots for the DJ competition. The DJ Competition will only involve spinning vinyl. Selected DJ competitors will be announced Thurs. August 15th.
Sycamore holds all rights, preferences, criteria, and….the kitchen sink where 100% of Dog Days of Summer power to select the 12 competitors will be bestowed to the maestro of ceremonies. No bribery please in the name of good fun and great music!

GAME RULES:
Welcome all DJs (age 21yrs +) to enter by emailing name, phone number and 5 min vinyl mix sample set to LaTreyEvans@gmail.com by Aug. 12th. 12 DJ competitors will be selected to compete over 3 days as follows:

Tues Aug 27: 6 DJ competitors compete spinning 20 min sets for 2 semi-finalist spots
Wed Aug 28: Other 6 DJ competitors compete spinning 20 min sets for 2 other semi-finalist spots
Thurs Aug 29: 4 semi-finalists compete spinning 20 min sets for 2 Finalist spot. Followed by 2 Finalists competing for another 20 min set each for Top Dawg!!

ONLY SPINNING VINYL for DOG DAYS OF SUMMER DJ SPINOFF.

Semi-Finalists, Finalists and Top Dawg will be selected by YOUR INSTA VOTES + Sycamore Staff Votes. DJs spin & you vote on Instagram by 1) following @sycamorebklyn and 2) liking the post of your favorite DJ(s). You can vote for (like) as many DJs …spread the love!!

VOTES:
50% instagram likes total by cutoff time + 50% Sycamore staff votes

PRIZES:
Semi-Finalists (4): $25 Bar Tab + Sponsor swag
1st Runner Up: $50 Bar Tab + 1 DJ Set + Sponsor swag
Top Dawg: $200 Cash Grand Prize + $50 Bar Tab + 2 DJ Set + Sponsor swag
