Yes, the space is available for private events! 

PRIVATE PARTIES

The space is available to be booked for private events everyday from 12 PM to 5 PM. You can rent the backyard OR both the backyard and inside bar (plus option of adding front flower shop) for 2.5 hours or 5 hours.

To rent the space, there is a rental fee (below). In addition to this fee, there are staffing fees + minimum bar tab commitment.

For evening rent-outs, we negotiate on a case-by-case basis. Send us an e-mail at sycevents@gmail.com.

BAR (in winter months when the garden is closed for the season)

  • Capacity: 50 to 60 people

  • 2.5 hour rental (1 PM to 3:30 PM): $1,500

  • 5 hour rental (12 PM to 5 PM): $2,500

THE LODGE (winter only)

  • Capacity: 20 to 40 people

  • Pricing:
    Sunday - Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM: $1,500
    Friday & Saturday from 6 PM to 11 PM: $4,000

GARDEN

  • Capacity: 60 people (Tent available for 30 people for rain)

  • 2.5 Hour Rental (1 PM to 3:30 PM): $1,200

  • 5 Hour Rental (12 PM to 5 PM): $2,000

BAR & GARDEN

  • Capacity: 85 - 100 people

  • 2.5 Hour Rental (1 PM to 3:30 PM) $2,000

  • 5 Hour Rental (12 PM to 5 PM): $3,500

OTHER INFORMATION
 

CATERERS

We welcome catering companies. We have a walk-in refrigerator and space for catering storage and set-up in our basement. We work with a group of food vendors too. 
 

DECORATIONS

Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the space and are removable. The renter is responsible for the set up and break down of all temporary decorations. No confetti in the garden, please.
 

CHILDREN & SAFETY

As an adult establishment serving alcoholic beverages, children are not permitted after 5pm and each child must be actively supervised by a designated adult at all times.  Due to safety and limited space, strollers are not permitted inside the bar and garden area, please!  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
